How does it work with Image-Pro?
AI Materials uses all the features of Image-Pro, the most powerful image processing software available, and installs directly into Image-Pro as a new ribbon. It is Windows-based, runs on standard PCs, and supports a variety of image hardware for easy system integration.
About the Graphite Module
The Graphite Module consists of four measurements: Gray Graphite (Type), Spheroidal Graphite (Nodularity), Compacted Graphite, and Ferrite & Pearlite Ratios.
Gray Graphite (Type) - Can measure the percentage of graphite flakes compared to the rest of the field of view
Spheroidal Graphite (Nodularity) - Graphite percentage
Compacted Graphite
Ferrite & Pearlite ratios - Mesurement of ferrite versus pearlite. Would want to measure the percentage of graphite and determine the ratio between the ferrite and pearlite
Allows to set up multiple ranges of intensities in order to identify different classes of materials
Automatically count and measure the area, ratio of area, percentage, etc., of the materials
Includes the percentage calculation of ferrite, pearlite, graphite, etc.
Can take the data from the modules into Image-Pro's Data Collector to create reports
